Eat well to feel well! - It's 2nd January 2011 and I advice you to put among your main goals of this year to have better food, to eat better, to eat more Superfoods (avocados, bluberries, tomato, cashews nuts, wallnuts...). What we put out, we receive back. That's the Law of Attraction! If we eat junk food, we will ask for health issues. Let's start the year with this good resolution and then take action! If you really decided, you will see it from results!
