The Universe and the present Transformation

We are used to speak about the Universe. Of course, we are human and we use this word. When very high Spiritual Beings of other dimensions speak about it, they tend to say: like you, humans, call it!

I feel very blessed, because last night, I learned more about the term Universe and know that my source is The Source!

First of all there are so many Universes, they are uncountable and one Universe penetrates into another one. The Universe, in which we live, in this dimension, was born because of a crash of two masses of energy. So, we can assume that the theory of the “Big Bang” is plausible and everything just existed, like told from a very high dimension. Habitually, people speak about Co-Creation and Co-Creator, but the Creation just was there – like from very high dimension said. They say that speaking about Creation and Co-Creator is wrong! That’s why I don’t agree in the use of the word Co-Creator, but I agree with the word Creator, speaking about the reality we create by our thoughts (Law of Attraction!).

The Earth is in a very special and blessed moment, although to our human eyes many catastrophes and “negative” events are happening. The Earth is submitted to cycles, called Yugas (Eras), described in the scriptures of Hinduism, and each of them covers, more or less, 24.000-26.000 years. At the moment, we are in the cycle called the Dvapara Yuga and this is an incredible chance for an amazing Expansion, many souls can experience, if they take care of their spiritual development. This is what was said by the High Spheres!

You have to know that the Sun has a double, an etheric Sun, which is irradiating the Earth with its powerful Light. In fact, we are living in the “Era of Light”, which is a unique chance to make an incredible expansion of the soul and which is coming after 24.000 years. So, the CHANCE is HERE and NOW! In my personal life, I tell myself, that this “lap” is important! It’s a Unique Chance! Of course, the exposure to this incredible and powerful Light is causing some effects on our Planet and on humans. The main one is that all the worst things are coming up! The Darkness suffers so much this powerful light and tries to express in everything and everyone its power, affecting many human beings, using them and afterwards “throwing them away”.

What should we do to take the Chance? Enlighten ourselves. If you go inside a room in the darkness, what do you do? You turn on the light, right? This is advisable: turn on the wonderful Light within us, the most beautiful gift, we have received from God, as part of Him! How to turn on the Light? We could do many things, but the most important one is telling the truth! Yes, telling the truth! First of all, to ourselves, because in our self talk, we are used to cheating ourselves, continuously. And of course, telling the truth to others, if this doesn’t cause damages to others (in that case, it’s better to be in silence). Another important thing is trying to cause less damage as possible to everything and everyone, practising the Good as much as possible, towards ourselves and others. I like to specify ourselves, because very few people put themselves on the top of the list: they love to put others first, resulting in lack of self esteem, and lack of being gentle and kind with themselves.

Another important thing, that was advised by the High Spheres, is to express Love. This is so important! Many people are shy in expressing love, to say “I love you” to parents, friends, a lover…Start from here and now in doing it! You are alive, so take this chance to do it! Use your heart, don’t “park it”! You have to know that there are spiritual beings, which have never come into this dimension and which have a very special admiration for those, who are able to express love towards themselves and others. They “envy”, so to speak, the chance we have to caress someone, for example; they have never experimented with this sensation and this is a “limit” for them! But we are here and the chance is now! Take it!

My Vision about Coaching

I don’t like branding everything and everyone. That’s why I don’t like the definition of “Life” Coach. I like more just Coach. In courses, it is a common practice to teach that the job of a coach is helping others in the set up of their goals and in the achievement of them. With all respect for all the people that think this way, in my opinion, there is much more to coaching. Because I see the Energy in Everything and Everyone is natural for me considering the vibrational aspects of this process.

I don’t like a lot being branded as a “Spiritual Coach”, because we are all spiritual beings and no matter if we are interested or not in spiritual issues. This is how the things are in this dimension. In my opinion, helping another spiritual being who comes to me, is helping him/her to understand who he/she really is. In the process of coaching, we assist in the constant expansion of the soul of the coachee who asks for guidance. But at the same time, even the coach expands his/her soul. When someone is coached and has successfully started to shift negative thoughts to positive ones and increased the self confidence, we assist automatically to a shift at a vibrational level. That’s because thoughts are energy!

Different techniques can help the person to increase the vibrations, reaching a more constant connection with the Source. For this reason, the coachee starts to feel a sense of euphoria, happiness, well being. This is a sign that there is a connection to the Source. The concept is very simple: think about the electricity we have in our homes. Electricity is always there, but it depends if we plug in or out! It’s the same at a spiritual/vibrational level. If we are plugged into the Source, we start to express the divinity which exists within us, towards ourselves and others. If we are plugged out, we feel depressed, moody, and without energy. We are disconnected. Of course, this power is not at the same level every day, but this depends on us and not on the Source. It depends on the kind of vibrations we feel in a certain moment. During the days that they are not really smooth, we can feel lower vibes. Anyway, the most important thing is to be connected with the Source, which means being connected with Everything, Universe, Divine Matrix, God…

I like sailing and that’s why I explain to those who ask me for help that I can be beside them, just like a GPS, gives guidance. Then, the coachee has to find the answers by himself/herself. The coach can do the cartography, checking if the boat is going to the right destination. The coachee decides the destinations (areas of life to work), discovering how to do it and the coach can give assistance in this amazing process. Everyone is the master of his/her destiny and the captain of his/her soul – as affirmed by the famous author Napoleon Hill (in the book “Think and grow rich”).

From my point of view, coaching is a fantastic way to help others to increase their Light side, to help them in understanding and expressing who they really are and to make the difference in others’ lives.

The Law of Attraction: Like attracts Like

One of my strongest beliefs is the Law of Attraction, one of the universal laws, just like the one of Gravity. It’s a law which works in every moment of our life, but only few are aware of it. It relates to the most important concept: everything is Energy. How does it work, then? Thoughts become things! A thought is energy! During a day, we emit thousands of thoughts, signals to the Universe or Divine Matrix, as someone called it. The Universe doesn’t interpret the thought, but just read the signal and match it perfectly.

Unfortunately, very often, our mind is focused on negative thoughts, such as the lack of something or someone. And the Universe reads the signal and matches it exactly, as expressed by the content and the feelings of who emitted the signal. This is a very important concept. We are like magnets, so if we focus our attention on positive thoughts, feeling them, just like they have been realised, we increase the chance of attracting the result we desire. Just to give an image, the Universe is like the famous Genius of Alladdin.

Most people focus on the kind of life, things, people they don’t want to have. The result will be frustration, and receiving what they don’t want, but they are not aware that the negative thinking is what has caused this! On the contrary, if we focus our attention on what we want in our life, we emit these kind of signals to the Universe and the result will be happiness, joy, wealth, health…Words call Energy into form. Everything is vibration and we are like radios, which emit their signals in the Ether, the fifth element, together with water, fire, earth, air. It is so important to consider the vibrational aspect of everything and everyone, who pulses continuously and differently, depending on the kind of thoughts.

Some techniques, like visualization, can help the process of allowing the manifestation of a desire. The more we focus on a desire, by i.e. building a vision board (where we put images and affirmations), having the feeling we just had the result, the more we will increase our vibrations about that specific desire, which will be read by the Universe. At the same time, another process is important: being detached from the result. It’s the process of the “letting go”. The most important thing is being connected to the Source, being in a wonderful flow. This is the process of being in alignment with the Universe, necessary for the manifestation of our desires.

People tend to think that there’s not enough for everyone! This is a false belief! The Universe is abundant. Not everyone on Earth dreams a silver Mercedes! Maybe, a dealer in the market in Bangkok dreams a new boat for his business. Not everyone asks for the same thing! I like the affirmation: God’s shops are always on sale! (Swami Maheshananda). But to go inside those shops, you have to get a sort of qualification: being connected to the Source, feeling certain kinds of vibrations.

We have everything in our within, but for our material desires, we don’t know that we have everything we want at a vibrational level. We miss that “qualification”, from a vibrational point of view. But if we get that “qualification” and we will be able to go inside God’s shops, it will be tough to come out from them. We will get whatever we want and, in many cases, much more, than our desires.

Everything is Energy

Everything is Energy, vibration, sound. Some people calls God, Divine Matrix, Source, but it is Energy, anyway. I can assure you this is not an abstract concept, but it is the Truth. Since the summer 1994, playing with my fingers, after the reading of a chapter of The Celestine Prophecy, I started to see the Energy of those fingers and everywhere. Since then, I see vibrations in everyone and everything. Sometimes, I enjoy in seeing in my bedroom all the vortex of energy and how speed they are.

Almost everyday, I look out the window and I see a sort of rain, falling from the sky, the famous biblical Manna, and in these cases I have to look better, if it is real rain or another kind of “rain” from the sky! I can assure you, it is amazing! I feel blessed about these experiences. That’s why I experiment in my life that everything is Energy, vibration and sound. Everything I see pulses. Sometimes, I see the colours of Aura in people or things. Every object has an aura, not only people.

We are aggregations of Energy and it would be part of the journey seeing others as how they really are and not for the status, the money, the job or if they are part of our family. Unfortunately, human beings like branding everything and everyone. We are all vibrational beings, spiritual beings (it doesn’t matter if interested in spiritual issues or not). That’s the way to see the Truth in everything about us and our journey on the Earth. We are here to expand ourselves, our souls and to understand who we really are: Pure Energy, Pure Light, Pure Love. And when we understand who we really are, we start to express the divine towards us and others.

Vibrations change continuously, because it depends on the kind of thoughts we have or acts we express. Word is Energy and it is very powerful. A good word can heal someone or a bad word can create illness to someone. A very interesting experiment about how words can induce good vibrations or bad ones was that of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who experimented the positive and negative Energy on water crystals. Thought is the most powerful thing and it is Energy, too. By thinking, we create our reality. We are Creator of our reality. If we work on the vibrations of our thoughts, thinking positive and focusing our attention on what we want in our life, we can increase the chances to meet our goals and to satisfy our desires.
